Right-of-Way Record Drawings and "As-Built" Requests

The Public Works Department is pleased to offer record drawings, commonly referred to as "as-builts," for essential public infrastructure, including sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer mains, and water mains. Additionally, we provide documentation for utility connection permits.

How to Request Record Drawings

To obtain these valuable records, please send your request via email to pwpermits@rochestermn.gov. To ensure a smooth process, kindly include the following information in your email:

• Contact Name: Your full name for correspondence.
• Contact Phone Number: A number where you can be reached.
• Contact Email Address: The email address where the record drawings should be sent.
• Location Map: A map indicating the area for which you require the record drawings.
