City of Rochester, Destination Medical Center, and Southeast Clean Energy Resource Team host free event on financing clean energy projects
The City of Rochester, in collaboration with Destination Medical Center (DMC) and the Southeast Clean Energy Resource Team (SE CERT), is excited to announce a special event focused on financing clean energy projects. This free event will provide valuable insights and resources for those interested in energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy installations, and beneficial electrification.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the Community Energy Ambassadors program from the Clean Energy Resource Teams. This program aims to support communities in their clean energy initiatives, offering guidance and assistance to those looking to get involved. Representatives from SE CERT will be on hand to share detailed information on how to leverage this program for community benefit.
In addition to informative sessions, the event will feature ample networking opportunities and refreshments, allowing participants to connect with like-minded individuals and experts in the field.
“We are thrilled to host this event and collaborate with DMC and SE CERT to bring valuable clean energy resources to our community,” said Kayla Betzold, Sustainability Coordinator. “This is a great opportunity for residents, business owners, and community leaders to learn about the various ways they can fund their clean energy projects and contribute to a sustainable future.”
Participants are encouraged to bring their questions and curiosity as they engage with experts and explore the potential for clean energy in their communities.
