311 will help streamline requests for service such as scheduling building inspections, and reporting of various non-urgent issues such as Tall Grass & Weeds, Potholes, Parking Meters, Boulevard Tree Concerns, Rental Tenant Complaints and other community concerns. Special event updates including Rochesterfest, Thursdays Downtown, Riverside Music Series, and 4th Fest can also be accessed via 311, 311 Website, 311 App, and Chester our AI powered chatbot.
