A notary public is a person appointed by the MN Secretary of State to serve the public as an impartial and unbiased witness.  There is a $5.00 fee per notary signature for this service.  Proper photo identification must be presented in order for documents to be notarized. Please place a service request to schedule an appointment for notary services. City Clerk hours are 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
