There are multiple options for paying parking tickets.

• Online through CitationPortal
• US Mail: write a check and mail it to the address listed on the ticket
• Drop box: located at the entrance to the Government Center parking lot off of 4th St SE, do not put cash in the drop box.
• Over the phone: IPS at 855-507-2006 for no additional fee

Note: Unpaid citations are sent to collections after 45 days of delinquency.
