Business Licenses Applications and Renewals - City Clerk's Office
The City of Rochester licenses many different types of activities including animals (chickens/ducks/pigeons), certain businesses, independent contractors, and trades like massage therapists, massage therapy businesses, mobile food units, pawnbrokers, sidewalk cafés, vending carts, HVAC contractors and master installers, fireworks, and more.

All required documents can be mailed or dropped off at the City Clerk's Office at 201 4th St SE, Room 135, Rochester, MN 55904. They can also be emailed to licenses@rochestermn.gov.
