How to contest a Parking Citation
Only the Olmsted County Court can dismiss a valid ticket.
If you wish to contest a parking ticket because you believe it was issued in error, you may request an administrative review by submitting an online form requesting review of a parking citation.
No refunds are issued for a paid parking ticket after a contest form is filled out.
If an Administrative citation review determines an error was made in issuing a citation, any late fees will be waived, and the ticket may be dismissed.
Should the Administrative review be denied, any fines or late fees accrued will still be due. Submitting a request for review does not stop late fees from accruing, and those fees are added beginning 10 days after a citation is issued.
