The City of Rochester has six parking ramps and eight surface lots in the downtown area.

Parking Meter Rates:

• 3 Hour Meters: $2.00 per hour
  • Meters located in the downtown area
• No Time Limit Meters: $0.50 per hour
  • Meters outside of the designated downtown area

Parking Ramp Rates:

Free Evenings - Enter after 5PM & Exit before 2:30AM

Free Weekends - Enter after 6:30AM & Exit before 2:30AM

• 1.5 - 2 hours $3.00
• 2 - 2.5 hours $4.00
• 2.5 - 3 hours $5.00
• 3 - 3.5 hours $6.00

• 4.5 - 5 hours $10.00
• 5 - 5.5 hours $12.00
• 5.5 - 6 hours $14.00
• 6 - 12 hours $16.00

• Civic Center North Lot $0.50 hourly
• Civic Center North Lot $12.00 daily - Oversized Vehicles*
• Civic Center South Lot $0.50 hourly
• Government Center Main Lot $1.00 hourly
• Government Center South Lot $0.50 hourly
• Power Plant Lot $12.00 daily - Oversized Vehicles*
• Zumbro Market Lot $2.50 hourly (2-hour max)
