The City of Rochester is committed to ensuring everyone can access government information and services. As part of this commitment, we continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our digital platforms. 

We both aim to meet and exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of abilities and technologies. 

We regularly evaluate our websites and digital tools, implement accessible design practices and integrate new technologies to support inclusive access.
