The City of Rochester works through our contracted parking operator SP+ for monthly parking passes.
Visit the SP+ website to access the online monthly parking pass application.
*A Parking Access Card fee will be charged for initial issuance (see Current Fee Schedule for rate).
ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Unless designated as 24/7, vehicles parked in the ramp past 2:30 a.m. are subject to overnight charges.
