Parking Ramps

Civic Center Parking Ramp (1st Ave SE)

• Free if you are in and out within 1 hour

• Free after 5PM

• Free on Saturday & Sunday

• At other times, there is an hourly charge

All downtown Rochester parking ramps

Street Parking

• Handicapped parking spots are located on the third level of the parking ramp and on the street directly in front of the library's entrance on 2nd St SE.
• Street parking and metered parking are also available on 2nd St SE and 1st Ave SE.

Bus Lines and Bike Trails

Rochester Public Library is accessible by Rochester Public Transit. The library is just two blocks from the downtown transit arrival and departure spots on 2nd St SW. Bus schedules can be obtained from a bus driver or at the Transit Information Centers on 2nd St SW (between 1st & 2nd Ave). For route information call 507-328-7433.
