Can I reserve a room at the library?

The library has a meeting room, study rooms, and sound booth for public use.

Meeting Room

  • There is no fee to use the room.
  • Groups may reserve the room for a maximum of 2 hours per day (in 15-minute increments)
  • Groups can only have one reservation per day
  • Groups are limited to a total of two reservations on the calendar at a time
  • Groups may reserve up to 60 days in advance
  • Max occupancy is 30 people.

Study Rooms

Three study rooms are available.

  • First-come, first-served (no reservations)
  • Physical library card or ID required
  • No eating
  • Limit of 2 people per room
  • You get up to 2 hours, but can stay longer if no one is waiting
  • Rooms cannot be used as storage

Sound Booth

The sound booth can be reserved for recording sounds in a controlled environment.

  • Inside dimensions: 48" x 72"
  • Maximum capacity: 1 person
  • Not completely soundproof - so keep this in mind when using it for recording
  • Can be reserved for 2 hours/day, in 15-minute increments
  • Use to record podcasts, poetry, oral histories, music, or virtual meetings
  • Can be reserved for up to 2 hours per day, in 15-minute increments
