To register with RPL, please bring photo ID, address verification, and home library card to the Public Service Desk at the library. OverDrive/Libby access is limited to SELCO region customers.

Visitors:

Visitors may apply for a library card at the main library. Please bring a photo ID with verification of permanent address. OverDrive/Libby access is limited to SELCO region customers.

Visitor cards cost $6 for 28 days.
