Recreational Vehicles/RVs information:

• There are four privately-owned RV campgrounds in the Rochester area
• No overnight camping is allowed except at the RV campgrounds
• For parking in residential areas in driveways, a permit is not needed but the RV must not be outside of the driveway or parked over the right-of-way/sidewalk
• Parking spaces are available and by reserve at the Power Plant Lot through SP+
  
• If a smaller Class C, any parking space on the street is fine where signage does not restrict parking from 2 AM - 6 AM, which includes most of downtown

 Oversized Parking (Buses and Trucks)

• Limited parking for buses and trucks in the downtown for Civic Center events and hotel guests is available. Contact SP+ at (507) 282-4545 for details
