Mayor Recognizes 2025 Medal of Honor Recipients 2025
December 4, 2025 – ROCHESTER, MINN. – Mayor Kim Norton honored the 2025 Mayor’s Medal of Honor recipients during a luncheon at the Mayo Civic Center.
“One of the highlights of the year is gathering with friends and neighbors to recognize and honor a group of outstanding residents who have made a positive difference in our community,” said Mayor Kim Norton. “We had record number of amazing nominations this year and it was difficult for the committee to choose among the outstanding nominees. All the nominees were deserving of the impact they've had on our community. The 14 individuals recognized in this 42rd annual recognition are emblematic of the quality of caring and selfless service given by so many. My appreciation to all the nominees and my sincere congratulations to this year’s winners!"
