Designated Outdoor Dog Area

Rochester Code of Ordinances Chapter 3-2 applies to permitting food and beverage service establishments to allow dogs to accompany patrons at designated outdoor areas. A one-time application must be made for such a permit in accordance with the City ordinance as allowed under state statute. Permits do not require renewal, and expire automatically upon the sale of the establishment.

The permit fee is $25
