Report a Abandoned Lime Green Scooter

All Lime scooters and e-bikes have an additional QR code located on the vehicle frame, which allows anyone with a smartphone to report an abandoned vehicle. The QR feature is particularly useful when the vehicle’s battery is fully depleted and will no longer ping its GPS location for pick-up. Lime's goal is to ensure the collection of all reported scooters and e-bikes within 24-72 hours. Residents are encouraged to assist the City and Lime in reporting misplaced vehicles that appear abandoned for long periods of time.

To report one without the app or QR code:

Go to Lime Help Center: https://help.li.me/hc/en-us

  • Go to “Reporting & Complaints”
  • Go to “How to report illegally parked vehicles”
  • Click “this form”
  • Fill out the form
  • The issue you are experiencing is most likely connected to “Non User”
  • Then “Safety & Parking”
  • Then “Improper Parking”
  • You don’t need the Trip ID or Vehicle ID to submit the form.
  • In the “Description” box type the resident’s name, address, and phone number where the scooter is currently at and needs to be removed from.

If you type in your email address you will get a response from Lime addressing the issue.
