UMR has a contract with the City of Rochester for parking in the 3rd Street (across from 318 Commons) and 1st Street (next to Student Life Center) ramps. The contract offers a discount for annual, academic year and semester contracts for all UMR students.

The rates are as follows:

Full Calendar Year (Aug 15-14)

• Day Only - $1,694
•  24/7 - $1,848

Full Academic Year (Aug 15-May 31)

•  Day Only - $1,309
•  24/7 - $1,428

One Semester (half academic year) (Aug 15-Dec 31) or (Jan 1-May 31)

•  Day Only - $693
•  24/7 - $756

Academic Summer Only (June 1-Aug 14)

•  Day Only - $385
• 24/7 - $420

These annual and academic year rates result in a per weekday cost of under $7.00 for daytime only parking and represent a 5-10% reduction from the current monthly rates.
