Fee Reimbursement Program

It is the policy of the City of Rochester to promote and provide diverse and affordable housing options for residents. To that end, the Rochester City Council has approved funding for this Fee Reimbursement Pilot Program. A total of $500,000 in funding is available for reimbursement of development fees associated with owner-occupied housing projects within the City. A maximum $20,000 is available for reimbursement per dwelling unit. All City fees are eligible for reimbursement with the exception of annexation fees. All fee reimbursements are subject to funding availability and are reviewed at the discretion of Rochester Community Development Department.
